It signifies that Vedanta is adopting best practices and policies for the greater good of the earth. Our new positioning is backed by 3 pillars - Transforming communities, Transforming the planet & Transforming the workplace . Following are three key targets under each pillar:
Transforming the Planet by committing to net - zero carbon by 2050 and supporting India's target of carbon-neutrality by 2070.
Transforming Communities by providing nutrition and healthcare to 100 million women and children.
Transforming the Workplace by promoting diversity, inclusivity and gender parity to unleash India's full potential.
